HOW SOON CAN YOU ASSIGN A PERSONAL CARE PROVIDER?
Our process is very simple and quick. First, we will evaluate your situation and your needs and use this assessment to match you with a Personal Care Provider who is trained and available during the hours and days you need help with and is the best fit for your needs and preferences. We can also accommodate unplanned visit needs since we have an on-call team that is ready to help with quick services.
ARE YOUR HOME CARE WORKERS INSURED?
All Saath Home Care associates are insured and required to undergo thorough and comprehensive healthcare background checks to ensure we have the right candidates for the job and to ensure the safety of our clients and employees.
DOES YOUR AGENCY CONDUCT BACKGROUND CHECKS ON YOUR EMPLOYEES?
Yes, each candidate must pass a comprehensive background check before they can work for our company.
ARE YOUR PERSONAL CARE PROVIDERS TRAINED? WHAT KIND OF TRAINING AND CONTINUING EDUCATION DOES YOUR AGENCY PROVIDE?
Our Personal Care Providers have to complete a training curriculum and be deemed competent to ensure they are fully prepared to care for our clients. Once initial training is completed, they are required to complete mandatory continuing education each year to fulfill their job requirements.
WHAT IF THE PERSONAL CARE PROVIDER IS NOT A GOOD FIT?
We always make sure that we place the best fit personal care provider to fulfill your home care needs. However, if for some reason our chosen caregiver is not a good fit, we can easily find you a suitable alternative.

HOW DO I PAY FOR YOUR SERVICES, AND CAN I TIP MY PERSONAL HOME CAREGIVER?
No, you do not pay Personal Care Providers directly, and they are not allowed to accept tips. You will pay Saath Home Care agency directly. We accept most methods of payment. However, you should note that the fees will vary depending on what services you need. For more information, please reach out to your supervisor or agency manager.
WHAT IF MY PERSONAL CARE PROVIDER DOES NOT SHOW UP?
Though this is a very rare event that we do not expect to happen. If your Personal Care Provider does not show up, we will be alerted immediately and quickly take action. We utilize a system that allows Personal Care Providers to clock in and out. Therefore if they don’t clock in, our agency will be notified immediately. This system allowed us to completely remove timesheets and reduce the number of missed shifts.
HOW DO YOU RECRUIT QUALITY PERSONAL CARE PROVIDERS?
Saath Home Care has several reliable recruiting methods for finding new Personal Care Providers. We use websites, target groups, job fairs, focused advertising, and employee referral programs. We then put these candidates through a vigorous interview process that includes both individual and group interviews.
CAN I TALK TO ANY OF YOUR CURRENT CLIENTS?
Yes. This is a great way to get a better understanding of how effective our services are and help you decide whether you are making the right choice or not. Our agency is very willing to put you in contact with current clients. Hence, allowing you to get more information from individuals who have been in the same position as you.
